You will work in pairs under expert instruction learning how to skin and break down a Fallow deer into primal and sub primal cuts. You will be shown methods of presentation of popular joints/cuts. After a break for lunch (BBQ venison will be available!) You will complete the day by vac packing your produce. Half of a carcass will be yours to take with you.
