When you purchase from us online we aim to deliver a five star service and in these difficult economic times we would like to be transparent about what this costs.

We cannot compete with the robotic efficiency of giants like amazon where costs are offset by huge profits from volume output...

We are proud to offer something that they cannot. A personal service with expert advice available via instant messenger, email or phone on any purchase. We also specialise in teaching how to use the kit we sell. We genuinely care about the satisfaction of our clients and customers.

We aim to under promise and over deliver. Although we commit to ship within 5 working days we are not happy unless we ship as fast as possible and 99% of all shipments leave us by the next working day. Full retail T&Cs can be found here.

We are always keen to facilitate urgent shipments.

We always ship via a fully tracked and signed for service keeping you updated on progress via email and your online account.

Where bladed items are purchased we must ship via an Age Verification service as this is a legal requirement and cannot be left in a safe place.

In addition to the basic price of postage, please consider the cost of,

  • our website tracking system to keep you informed
  • time spent being happy to answer your questions and give advice
