HARRIS L SWIVEL BIPOD 9 – 13
Rotates to either side for instant levelling on uneven ground. Hinged base has tension adjustment and buffer springs to eliminate tremor or looseness. They are otherwise similar to non – rotating Series. Available for ALL models except the H model. Extends 9 to 13 Standard Legs, S Series (Swivels)
Harris Models explained.
BR and BRM – Suitable for bench rest shooting and adjustable from 6 -9 inches. The BRM has equally spaced height adjusting notches.
H – Suitable for prone or sitting. Adjustable from 13 – 23 inches.
L and LM – Suitable for bench rest or prone shooting adjustable from 9 – 13 inches. LM – Notch only height adjustments
25 and 25c have 3 section legs. 25 – adjusts from 11 to 25 inches. 25c has extra tall legs and adjusts from 13 to 27 inches.
Standard operation is pull out to lock and spring loaded detraction. M models (BR’M’, L’M’) with notch adjustments spring out and detract manually making height adjustment easier from the fully extended position when in the prone.
Two base styles,
Series 1A2 – have a solid base and do not rotate or swivel.
Series S – Rotate 45deg for instant levelling of uneven ground.
Attachments and adaptors,
Harris Bipods fix to a standard Sling swivel stud. A wide range of Stud adaptors are available to suit your rifle. Please contact us for advice if you don’t already have a sling swivel stud.
P – Harris now produce a dedicated Picattiny mounting version of all S (swivel) version Bipods
Versions we reccomend
You won’t find the Non-Swivel versions (1A2 and H series) or the Bench Rest (BR and BRM series) on our website as shooting in the field requires a minimum height and the versatility of the swivel feature but we are more than happy to supply them so please contact us with your requirements.
