You will learn how to skin and break down a carcass into useable joints, cuts, dice and mince before vacuum packing for storage.

We can provide the deer carcass and you will keep the venison.

Cost starts at £350 inc. Vat for two participants.

Additional costs include the deer carcass and our travel and subisistence which will be quoted for and agreed along with dates prior to invoicing.
