Description
The Hubertus Large PVC Roe Deer Call is a durable mouth-operated call designed to reproduce the contact sounds of roe deer.
The larger body is easy to handle in the field, while an adjustment screw allows the pitch to be changed between higher and lower tones. This gives the user greater control when reproducing different roe deer calls during the rut.
A screw-on cap protects the mouthpiece and membrane from dust and debris when the call is being carried. An integrated eyelet also allows a lanyard or carrying cord to be attached.

Using the Call
Remove the protective cap and hold the call so that the mouthpiece sits lightly against the lips.
Use a short, gentle breath to activate the reed. The pitch can be altered using the adjustment screw, with small adjustments made until the required tone is achieved.
Use short calling sequences with quiet pauses between them rather than calling continuously.
