This form is for candidates booking with us for DSC1 Assessment only or Re-assessment on a one to one basis.

Our DSC1 Assessment includes the Large Game Meat Hygeine Qualification and ‘Trained Hunter / Trained Person’ status needed for signing carcass declarations and selling to Approved Game Handling Establishments. This is not an additional extra and is within any quoted price.

To attend an assessment day on one of our publically advertised group courses, please make contact to check availability and we will ask you to complete the venue specific application form.
