Description
The TC No.22 Elegant Plus is a powerful work-horse with a smart, easily cleanable stailess steel exterior cover, hopper and base. It still has the heavy and high quality cast iron body, worm and screw. The base of the machine is made from AISI-430 stainless steel.
It is a step up in power from the No.12. The 1HP motor can mince around 40kg every 15 minutes. It is well suited to small scale but daily comercial processing of venison and game.
It comes with a 8mm (for mincing) and a 10 or 12mm plate (for sausage making). It is also supplied with 2 nozzles for sausage making including a 1x10mm and 1x20mm.
It has a single phase 220v 50hz motor. The unit is quick to disassemble making it very easy to store and clean.
